Joyce Shezongo-Macmillan is an Advocate of the High Court for Zambia. She has been at the Bar for almost 21 years. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master of Laws degree and is an aspiring PhD candidate. She has published five books and has vast experience in research. She is currently employed as the Deputy Director at the Law Reform Commission where she heads the research department. She sits on the national Boards of Dan Church Aid, Christian Church Aid and Norwegian Church Aid. Her motivation to serve on FIOH Z Board is her belief that education for all is a basic human right; it is the master key for unlocking the mind and is a spring board out of poverty to a better life.
