My career began in 1992 as an Instructor at Zambia College of Agriculture and later joined World Vision Zambia in 1998. In World Vision Zambia, I have served in various positions including Area Development Program Manager, Regional Operations Manager and Board Development Project Manager where I worked with the organization’s Advisory Council. Currently I am Director; Field Operations, Effectiveness and Integration at World Vision Zambia.
I sit on a number of Boards including a US Based NGO – Elizabeth Bowers Zambia Education Fund (EBZEF) which provides scholarships to girls in Northwestern Zambia; Hearts of Compassion Ministries (HoCM); an HIV and AIDS/Empowerment organization. I am also a member of several other professional organizations including the Institute of Organization Development Facilitators (IODF).
My motivation to accept to serve on the Future in Our Hands Zambia (FIOH) organization was drive by the need to see more people empowered through economic and social needs of the vulnerable communities through sustainable development interventions. From the mission, I believe FIOH is one such organization that will meet this goal.
